The BCS difference:
- The BCS limited lifetime workmanship warranty - Unlike other contractors we do not limit our workmanship warranty to 3 or 4 years. We believe it's still our work 10 or 20 years from now and we will stand behind it for life. 

- NO ROOF OVERS - Look at any other roofing contractor and you will see them offer a "roof over". This is the practice of applying a new layer of shingles over the existing bad layer. While this is common practice and in most cases is accepted by both shingle manufacturers and local code, BCS will not do roof overs. The reasons for this are simple. 
1. Many roofs were laid with no underlayment and improper flashing at the eaves and valleys which is a very important part of the roofing system. 
2. About 90% of the roofs we tear off have rotten wood that was not detected during the inspection. 
3. We cannot offer our lifetime workmanship warranty when our work is over somebody else's and we don't know what's under that. 
4. We cannot include Sure Start Plus protection without cleaning off the deck. 
5. Bake Off - When you apply one layer of shingles over another the heat buildup between the layers will cause the new shingles to deteriorate at a much greater speed.

- ROOF INSPECTION - When possible BCS will always get on the roof to do the inspection of your home to include inspecting the attic.

- PAYMENT- We never ask for a deposit prior to starting your roof so if you change your mind about having your roof done you are out nothing. We require a half payment when the shingles are delivered to your home. The other half of the payment is due upon completion of your roof.  

- CERTAINTEED PRODUCTS- We have done a lot of searching and found Certainteed products to be the best on the market. The quality, warranty and training of installers is superior to any other we have found.
